Elle peut entra\u00eener des douleurs, des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 se mouvoir et une diminution de la fonction pulmonaire. L&rsquo;un des moyens de diagnostiquer et de surveiller la scoliose est l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un scoliom\u00e8tre, un appareil qui utilise la gravit\u00e9 pour mesurer l&rsquo;angle de la courbure de la colonne vert\u00e9brale.<\/p>\n<p>Des recherches ont montr\u00e9 que l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;une application de scoliom\u00e8tre sur un appareil mobile peut \u00eatre efficace pour le diagnostic et le suivi de la scoliose. Ces applications utilisent les capteurs de l&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rom\u00e8tre et du gyroscope de l&rsquo;appareil pour mesurer avec pr\u00e9cision l&rsquo;angle de la colonne vert\u00e9brale, ce qui permet des \u00e9valuations de la scoliose plus pratiques et plus efficaces.<\/p>\n<p>Des \u00e9tudes ont \u00e9galement d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;une application pour scoliom\u00e8tre peut am\u00e9liorer la pr\u00e9cision et la fiabilit\u00e9 des mesures de la scoliose, et r\u00e9duire le co\u00fbt et le temps requis par les scoliom\u00e8tres traditionnels.
