Voici les recherches \u00e9valu\u00e9es par des pairs qui \u00e9tayent cette approche, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es honn\u00eatement : ce que montrent les donn\u00e9es et o\u00f9 se situent leurs limites.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/header>\n<section>\n<div class=\"wrap\">\n<h2>Ce que montrent les donn\u00e9es, en un coup d\u2019\u0153il<\/h2>\n<p class=\"lead\">Quatre d\u00e9cennies de recherche valident la m\u00e9thode du scoliom\u00e8tre\/ATR, et plus d\u2019une douzaine d\u2019\u00e9tudes confirment que les smartphones la reproduisent avec pr\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<div class=\"facts\">\n<ul>\n<li>Les applications de scoliom\u00e8tre pour smartphone concordent avec le scoliom\u00e8tre physique \u00e0 environ <b>1 degr\u00e9<\/b> pr\u00e8s, avec une fiabilit\u00e9 (CCI) constamment <b>sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 0,90<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Les <b>parents<\/b> effectuant les mesures \u00e0 domicile ont atteint une <b>corr\u00e9lation de 0,92<\/b> avec un chirurgien utilisant un scoliom\u00e8tre (European Spine Journal, 2022).<\/li>\n<li>Une application d\u2019apprentissage profond analysant <b>une seule photo du dos<\/b> a \u00e9gal\u00e9 ou surpass\u00e9 les chirurgiens du rachis pour rep\u00e9rer la gravit\u00e9 de la courbure et le risque de progression chez <b>2158 patients<\/b> (JAMA Network Open, 2023).<\/li>\n<li>La m\u00e9thode sert au <b>d\u00e9pistage et au suivi<\/b> : elle ne mesure pas l\u2019angle de Cobb et ne remplace pas une radiographie pour le diagnostic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section>\n<div class=\"wrap\">\n<h2>Comment lire cette page<\/h2>\n<p class=\"lead\">Un scoliom\u00e8tre \u2014 physique ou sur smartphone \u2014 est une <strong>aide au d\u00e9pistage et au suivi<\/strong>, et non un dispositif de diagnostic ni un substitut \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation clinique ou \u00e0 la radiographie lorsqu\u2019elles sont indiqu\u00e9es.
